Membership

Membership is available for adults, families, young adults in full-time education, corporates and golf societies. Please enquire for further details.

The normal membership year is 1st April to 31st March.
Fees include VAT.
Any person joining the club after the 30th June will pay pro rata for the period to 31st March.
Annual fees do not include a small mandatory sum which is payable for golf union levies. Such levies are payable prior to 1st April each year or on joining if later.

Members will abide by the rules of golf, local rules and standards of etiquette, dress or other matters as may be published either by the club or governing bodies such as the Royal & Ancient.
Members will abide by the Club Constitution and any rules of the club which may be published from time to time.
A "Guest" must play with the member who introduces the guest.
Members must either qualify for a valid handicap certificate or have a Certificate of Competence issued by Flaxby Park.
Play may be restricted according to membership type due to competitions and other events.
The management reserves the right to refuse a membership application and is not obliged to provide a reason.
The management reserves the right to restrict the total membership and membership numbers by type. An applicant will normally be informed of any such restriction which affects their application and may be placed on a waiting list where appropriate.
